explorerssaurus_ 🇬🇧We chase dreams, goals and achievements… but sometimes we forget the most important thing: having health 🤍 That’s why we accepted @prenuvo ’s invitation and did a full-body scan from head to toe (well, if I’m 100% honest I couldn’t do the detailed head scan because I’m claustrophobic 🥹). But Miguel did and discovered something he never even imagined he had… Thankfully nothing problematic, and he doesn’t have any symptoms for now, but if it ever shows up we’ll already know what it is. Our wish today: that we never lack health, neither us nor you. Because everything else we can control 🤍
🇵🇹 Corremos atrás de sonhos, metas e conquistas… mas às vezes esquecemo-nos do mais importante: ter saúde 🤍 Foi por isso que aceitámos o convite da @prenuvo e fizemos um exame completo da cabeça aos pés (bem, se for 100% honesta eu não consegui fazer o exame detalhado à cabeça porque sou claustrofóbica 🥹). Mas o Miguel fez e descobriu algo que nem imaginava ter... Felizmente nada problemático, tão pouco tem sintomas para já, mas se se manifestar também já saberemos do que se tratará. O nosso desejo de hoje: que nunca nos falte saúde a nós e a vocês. Porque tudo o resto conseguimos controlar 🤍

explorerssaurus_ 🇬🇧 Our life has been both unpredictable and wonderful! We met in a nightclub in 2016, started dating in 2017, began sharing our lives on Instagram in 2018, left our jobs in 2019, got engaged in 2021, got married in 2022, started building our dream home in 2024, our family grew in 2025, and now, in 2026, we already have a best friend 🥹❤️ If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that there’s no point in planning life down to the smallest detail, sometimes you just have to let yourself go with the flow… I used to think I’d never date a “party guy”… I wanted to get a PhD and didn’t even end up submitting my master’s thesis… I even said I didn’t want to get married, let alone have kids… 😅 I have no idea what’s waiting for us next, but when you’re walking beside the right person, even the unknown feels like home 🤍✨
🇵🇹 A nossa vida tem sido uma jornada tanto imprevisível como maravilhosa! Vimo-nos numa discoteca em 2016, começámos a namorar em 2017, começámos a partilhar a nossa vida no Instagram em 2018, deixámos os nossos trabalhos em 2019, ficámos noivos em 2021, casámos em 2022, começámos a construir a nossa casa de sonho em 2024, a família cresceu em 2025 e agora, em 2026, já temos um melhor amigo 🥹❤️ Se há coisa que aprendi é que não vale a pena planear a vida ao detalhe, às vezes temos só que nos deixar levar… Eu achava que nunca iria namorar com um “gajo da noite”… queria tirar doutoramento e acabei por nem a tese de mestrado entregar… cheguei a dizer que não queria casar e muito menos ter filhos… 😅Não faço ideia do que nos reserva a seguir, mas quando caminhamos ao lado da pessoa certa, até o desconhecido parece casa 🤍✨
