What could be better ? Winning an Emmy for the episode that featured my story going back and taking a difficult first step back into my childhood home in Hudson, Ma. For the first time in 28 years.
I had no idea how much I needed to emotionally unpack until I arrived.
@erniebochjr, @kylieolsson , @axstv can you believe it…. We won a fucking Emmy !
Truth be told … Emmy or not … it was all about you taking me home. Thank you for that. I really needed it. For my heart and soul to heal.
